Summer Mat Pilates Series

For the first time ever, Karen Scott is offering mat Pilates classes at her home studio! Held outdoors at Karen Scott Fitness in El Segundo, these weekly 50-minute classes (appropriate for all fitness levels) will take you through the classical Pilates mat repertoire while mixing in some contemporary Pilates fitness - you’ll leave each class feeling invigorated, strong, and ready to take on the rest of your day.

Bring your own mat(s) and water, and dress appropriate for the weather - these classes will be held outside.

FIRST SESSION
1x class per week for 6 weeks
May 29 - July 3

1x class per week for 6 weeks

Please note: Payment for class series will be accepted via Zelle only. Mat Series Classes require a minimum of 5 registrants in order to move forward with the series.

Registration will be confirmed once completed welcome packet and payment is received. Exact location will be shared with all registrants in advance of the first class. Minimum of 5 registrants required by one week in advance to proceed with the series.


KAREN SCOTT FITNESS is a beautiful, fully-equipped Pilates studio located in a charming downtown El Segundo neighborhood. Since the facility is located at a private residence, the exact address will be provided after registration is confirmed.
